Mattress and bedding delivery booking is simple and fully online. During booking, you can choose the appropriate vehicle, select up to 2 movers, and pick a date and time based on real-time availability.
If you choose one driver who also acts as the mover, your delivery price is automatically discounted. All pricing is calculated upfront — no phone calls, no hidden fees, and secure online payment.
Pricing & Distance Calculation
Fair Pricing Based on Distance and Labor
Our mattress delivery pricing is calculated based on:
- Vehicle type
- Number of movers (1 or 2)
- Total driving distance
- Labor included in the service
Distance is calculated from our nearest office (shown on the booking map) to the pickup location, then to the delivery address, and finally back to our office. Customers are charged only a fair portion of the distance when the vehicle is traveling empty.
This pricing model helps cover driver time, labor, fuel, insurance, and vehicle operating costs while avoiding the full-trip charges commonly used by traditional delivery companies.
Our standard mattress delivery service includes curbside-to-curbside or building lobby delivery. Each pickup includes 10 minutes of loading time, and each drop-off includes 10 minutes of unloading time at no additional charge.
If you require inside-home delivery, bedroom placement, stair carries, elevator waits, furniture assembly, or any service that extends beyond the included loading and unloading time, additional labor charges may apply at the rates shown on our booking page. Please let us know in advance so we can allocate sufficient time for your delivery.

Mattress Protection & Clean Covers for Safe Delivery
For mattress deliveries purchased through Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, we transport them with our thoroughly washed, clean mattress-moving covers. This helps protect our staff, your home, and other items during transport.
When booking a second-hand or marketplace mattress delivery, please mention the mattress size (Twin, Full, Queen, King, etc.) so we can bring the correct-sized protective cover.
Bed Frame Assembly & Disassembly
For residential setups requiring additional assistance, we can also help with basic furniture assembly and disassembly. This service is commonly requested for bed frames, platform beds, and other large furniture that may need to be taken apart to safely navigate hallways, stairwells, elevators, or tight doorways. Please let us know in advance if you require assembly or disassembly services so we can allocate sufficient time and bring the necessary tools.

One of the things that sets a moving company apart is its ability to solve problems and adapt to unexpected situations. Experience often allows movers to find safer, faster, and more cost-effective solutions for clients.
For example, on one of our recent moves, the client requested that the bed frame be disassembled before moving. We agreed to provide that service, but on moving day, we decided to take a closer look first. After carefully measuring the bed frame, doorway, and hallway dimensions, we determined that the frame could be moved out of the room without disassembly by using a few maneuvering techniques and the proper angles.
As a result, the client saved money on bed frame disassembly and reassembly. Although the additional service was no longer required, the client kindly chose to tip our team a portion of the original disassembly cost in appreciation of the extra effort, attention to detail, and problem-solving that helped complete the move more efficiently.

Do I need to be present at the pickup location?
Being present is recommended, especially for marketplace or second-hand purchases. If you cannot be there, our team can verify the item based on the photos you provide and coordinate with the seller using the optional extra phone number you submit during booking.
How much time is included for loading and unloading?
Each pickup and drop-off includes 10 minutes of loading and 10 minutes of unloading. Any additional time is billed per minute at the rates clearly shown during booking.
Do you deliver inside my home or apartment?
Standard service is curbside-to-curbside or to your building lobby. Inside-home delivery is available for a small additional cost and must be mentioned in the comment section during booking so we can schedule enough time.
What if there is no parking at the pickup or drop-off location?
Limited or unavailable parking may increase the time needed to begin loading or unloading. If this causes delays, additional time charges may apply. Please inform us in advance if parking is difficult and there are no loading areas, so that we can coordinate a possible parking reservation with you.
Do you provide mattress covers for delivery?
Yes. For mattresses purchased through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other classifieds, we use clean, thoroughly washed mattress moving covers to protect our staff, your home, and other items. Please mention the mattress size during booking so we can bring the correct cover.
Can you remove my old mattress or furniture after delivery?
Yes. Old mattress or furniture removal can be added to your booking at an additional cost.
Note: We don't remove old mattresses that aren't fully covered and wrapped in plastic due to safety concerns and proper handling and disposal. And we only offer this service when combined with a new bed or mattress delivery. If you don't have the mattress cover, we can provide one at an additional cost.
Are you responsible for the condition of items purchased online?
No. Eco Van Move is not responsible for the quality, condition, or accuracy of items purchased through marketplaces or classifieds. Our team will take photos at pickup as a record of the item’s condition at the time of collection.
