If you choose one driver who also acts as the mover, your delivery price is automatically discounted. All pricing is calculated upfront — no phone calls, no hidden fees, and secure online payment.

• Total driving distance

Distance is measured from our nearest office (shown on the booking map) to the pickup location, then to the drop-off point, and back to our office. Customers are charged only a minimal, fair portion of the distance when the vehicle is driven empty.

This pricing method helps cover driver time, fuel, and vehicle wear while avoiding the full-trip charges commonly used by traditional delivery services.

Our standard mattress delivery service is curbside-to-curbside or to your building lobby. Each pickup and drop-off includes 10 minutes of loading and 10 minutes of unloading.

For mattresses purchased through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other classifieds, we transport them using our thoroughly washed and clean mattress moving covers. This helps protect our staff, your home, and other items during transport.

When booking a second-hand or marketplace mattress delivery, please mention the mattress size (Twin, Full, Queen, King, etc.) so we can bring the correct-sized protective cover.

Do I need to be present at the pickup location?

Being present is recommended, especially for marketplace or second-hand purchases. If you cannot be there, our team can verify the item based on the photos you provide and coordinate with the seller using the optional extra phone number you submit during booking.

How much time is included for loading and unloading?

Each pickup and drop-off includes 10 minutes of loading and 10 minutes of unloading. Any additional time is billed per minute at the rates clearly shown during booking.

Do you deliver inside my home or apartment?

Standard service is curbside-to-curbside or to your building lobby. Inside-home delivery is available for a small additional cost and must be mentioned in the comment section during booking so we can schedule enough time.

What if there is no parking at the pickup or drop-off location?

Limited or unavailable parking may increase the time needed to begin loading or unloading. If this causes delays, additional time charges may apply. Please inform us in advance if parking is difficult and there are no loading areas, so that we can coordinate a possible parking reservation with you.

Do you provide mattress covers for delivery?

Yes. For mattresses purchased through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other classifieds, we use clean, thoroughly washed mattress moving covers to protect our staff, your home, and other items. Please mention the mattress size during booking so we can bring the correct cover.

Can you remove my old mattress or furniture after delivery?

Yes. Old mattress or furniture removal can be added to your booking at an additional cost. 

Note: We don't remove old mattresses that aren't fully covered and wrapped in plastic due to safety concerns and proper handling and disposal. And we only offer this service when combined with a new bed or mattress delivery.

Are you responsible for the condition of items purchased online?

No. Eco Van Move is not responsible for the quality, condition, or accuracy of items purchased through marketplaces or classifieds. Our team will take photos at pickup as a record of the item’s condition at the time of collection.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on vehicle type, number of movers, and total driving distance. All costs are shown upfront during booking, with no hidden fees.
