• Time: We allocate 10 minutes of free loading time at pickup and 10 minutes of unloading time at drop-off. Extra labor is only charged if the process takes longer than the allocated time.
• Number of Movers: Customize your service! Choose one mover (the driver) if you can help with the lift, or choose two movers (driver + mover), so our team handles 100% of the heavy lifting.
