Yes. We offer durable, reusable plastic moving boxes that are cleaner, stronger, and better for the environment.

📦 Moving & Delivery

Yes. We specialize in small moves, apartment moves, and single-item or few-item deliveries.

We do not offer full packing services at this time. However, we carefully protect furniture and fragile items using professional moving blankets before transport. Our reusable moving box rentals also make packing simple, clean, and stress-free.

Yes. We regularly move apartments and condos and coordinate with building rules, elevators, and loading areas.

We deliver the boxes to you before your move and pick them up after you’re done—no assembly, no waste.

Yes. All boxes are professionally cleaned and sanitized before every rental.

🗑️ Junk Removal & Recycling

We remove furniture, appliances, electronics, household junk, and more. Some hazardous items may require special handling.

Yes. All electronics are taken to approved recycling facilities whenever possible.

Recycling facilities close in the afternoon, so early bookings ensure proper drop-off.

💰 Pricing & Booking

Pricing is based on time, service type, distance, and item size. We aim to keep pricing fair and transparent.

Yes. We provide free estimates before booking.

Yes. You can book or request an estimate directly through our website.

📅 Policies & Availability

We’re available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. If you need service outside these hours, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Some services are limited on holidays. Please contact us to confirm availability.

🤝 Affiliate Program

The affiliate program lets partners earn commission by sharing trackable links with customers. When someone clicks your link and completes a paid booking within 48 hours, you earn a percentage of the booking total. After signing in, open your Affiliate Dashboard at https://ecovanmove.com/affiliate to create links and track clicks, bookings, and earnings.

When someone clicks your affiliate link, we remember that visit for 48 hours. If they complete a booking within that time — even on a different page (for example, homepage link then delivery booking) — it counts as your referral. Your links never expire; only the visitor tracking window is limited.

The total number of times visitors opened any of your affiliate links, including your default homepage link. Each click is counted once when someone lands through your tracking URL or ?ref= parameter.

Bookings that came from your link and were paid (EcoVan delivery or box rental). Moving estimates count as leads only — they appear in Recent Bookings but do not earn commission until a paid service is completed.

The percentage you earn on each paid booking total. The default rate is 3.2%. Your personal rate is shown on your Affiliate Dashboard and may differ if an admin has set a custom rate for your account.

Total Earned is all commission from paid bookings attributed to you. Pending Payout is commission that is confirmed but not yet paid — payouts are processed once your pending balance reaches $100 minimum. Paid Out is commission already paid to you. You receive an email when a payout is processed.

You can request a payout once your pending commission reaches $100. Use the Request Payout button on your dashboard — admin will review and send payment. You can only have one open request at a time.

Use the Create New Link form on your dashboard. Give it a short name (e.g. "Instagram July"), add an optional description for yourself, and choose a destination: homepage, delivery, box rental, moving estimate, or a custom URL. Then copy the tracking link or QR code and share it.

All links you have created. For each link you can see the name, description, destination, click count, paid conversion count, copy the tracking URL, and scan the QR code. The default homepage link cannot be deleted. Share the tracking URL or QR — not the raw destination URL — so clicks are counted correctly.

Each link has a unique tracking URL like https://ecovanmove.com/go/example. When someone opens it, we log the click, start the 48-hour window, and send them to your chosen destination. The QR code encodes the same tracking URL — perfect for print materials or in-person sharing.

A log of bookings attributed to your links. Lead means the customer booked but has not paid yet (or it is a moving estimate). Paid means payment completed and commission was calculated. Payout shows whether that commission is pending or already paid out to you. You receive an email only when a booking is paid — not for leads.
