We are an eco-friendly moving and delivery company based in the centre of Vancouver, allowing fast access to Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, and nearby cities. Our central location helps reduce unnecessary driving, keeping delivery costs lower and more efficient.

Easy Online Booking With Flexible Scheduling

Marketplace pickups can be booked directly through our online system. Once your purchase is confirmed, simply schedule your pickup based on our real-time availability. You choose the vehicle size, number of movers (up to 2 movers), and preferred time window.

If you select one driver who also acts as the mover, your price is automatically discounted. All pricing is shown upfront during booking — no phone calls, no hidden fees, and secure online payment.

Pricing & Distance Calculation

Transparent Pricing Based on Real Distance

Our classifieds pickup pricing is calculated based on:

• Vehicle type
• Number of movers (1 or 2)
• Total driving distance

Distance is measured from our nearest office (shown on the booking map) to the seller’s location, then to your drop-off address, and finally back to our office. Customers are charged only a minimum, fair portion for the distance driven while the vehicle is empty.

This approach helps cover driver time, fuel, and vehicle wear without charging customers for the entire route — a common issue with traditional delivery services.

Pickup Scope & Delivery Options

What We Pick Up & How Delivery Works

Our standard marketplace pickup service is curbside-to-curbside or to your building lobby.
If you would like items delivered inside your home, please mention this clearly in the comment section during booking so we can allow extra time in our schedule. Inside delivery may involve additional charges, as outlined on the booking page.

Each pickup and drop-off includes 10 minutes of loading and 10 minutes of unloading. If there is limited parking or no short-term loading space available, it may take longer to begin loading or unloading, which could result in additional time-based charges.

Any time beyond the included loading and unloading is billed at the rates shown during booking, per minute. For deliveries involving stairs, an additional charge of $10 for the first floor and $7 for each additional floor applies.

If you are not present at the pickup location, our staff can verify the item based on the photos you submit during booking or share by phone. You may also provide the seller’s or pickup contact’s phone number in the optional extra phone number section so our team can coordinate directly if needed.

Please note that Eco Van Move and its staff are not responsible for the condition, quality, or accuracy of items purchased or received through marketplaces or classifieds. Our team will take photos of the item at pickup as a record of its condition at the time of collection.

For full assurance, we recommend being present at the pickup location to confirm the item matches what was advertised or purchased online.
