This service is limited to clean, packaged, and ready-to-transport materials. All items must be sealed and suitable for transport inside a cargo vehicle to protect the vehicle interior and ensure safe handling.

Each delivery includes a limited unloading time. If unloading, waiting, or handling exceeds the included allowance, additional time is charged as extra labor per minute at the rates shown before confirmation.

Standard service is door-to-door delivery. Any inside placement, stairs, elevator use, or restricted access must be noted in advance so adequate time can be scheduled. Inside placement is charged per minute, as shown on the booking page.

For extra-heavy materials or deliveries involving stairs or difficult access conditions, pricing may be quoted separately. In these cases, we will contact you and confirm all details before finalizing your booking.

Our cargo van has an interior length of approximately 126 inches. For safety and proper securing, pipes or long materials should not exceed 120 inches in length.

Items must be straight, securely bundled, and suitable for transport inside a cargo vehicle. Exact dimensions should be provided during booking.

Do you transport loose materials or scrap?

No. Loose materials, debris, scrap, and construction waste are not included in this service.

Is metal transportation included?

No. Metal transport is not part of our construction material delivery service.
