Booking & Scheduling

Residential appliance deliveries can be booked entirely online through our booking system. Customers choose the vehicle size, select up to 2 movers, and schedule a date and time based on real-time availability.

If you select one driver who also acts as the mover, your delivery price is automatically discounted. All pricing is shown upfront during booking — no phone calls, no hidden fees, and secure online payment.

Pricing & Distance Calculation

Our appliance delivery pricing is calculated based on:

Vehicle type
Number of movers (1 or 2)
Total driving distance

Distance is measured from our nearest office (shown on the booking map) to the pickup location, then to the drop-off address, and finally back to our office. Customers are charged only a minimal, fair portion for the distance driven while the vehicle is empty.

This pricing model helps cover driver time, fuel, and vehicle wear while avoiding full-trip charges commonly used by traditional delivery services.

Our standard appliance delivery service is curbside-to-curbside or to your building lobby. Each pickup and drop-off includes 10 minutes of loading and 10 minutes of unloading.

If inside-home delivery is required, please mention this clearly in the comment section during booking so we can schedule enough time. Additional labor is billed per minute at rates shown during booking.

Do I need to be present during appliance pickup or delivery?

Being present is recommended, especially for second-hand or marketplace appliance pickups. If you cannot be there, you may provide photos and an extra contact number during booking so our team can coordinate directly with the pickup location.

What appliances do you deliver?

We deliver most household appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and similar large items.

Is installation or appliance hookup included?

No. Our service covers delivery only. Appliances must be disconnected and ready for pickup before our arrival, and installation is not included unless stated otherwise on the booking page.

How much time is included for loading and unloading?

Are you responsible for the condition of appliances purchased online?

No. Eco Van Move is not responsible for the condition, quality, or functionality of appliances purchased through marketplaces or classifieds. Our team will document the appliance condition at pickup as a record.
